2. Payments & Billing

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We accept cash, check, and major credit/debit cards.

Late payments may result in additional fees.

3. Scheduling & Cancellations

Appointments may be scheduled online, by phone, or via SMS.

If you need to reschedule or cancel, please notify us at least 24 hours before your appointment.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a cancellation fee.

4. SMS/Text Messaging Program

By opting into Crown Exterior Cleaning Alerts, you agree to receive recurring text messages about scheduling, promotions, and account information.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Provide safe access to the property and disclose any hazards.

Remove fragile items near windows or service areas.

Ensure water or power access (if required) for exterior cleaning and lighting services.

6. Liability & Limitations

While we take great care, Crown Exterior Cleaning is not responsible for pre-existing damage, faulty window seals, electrical issues, or structural problems.

Our liability is limited to the cost of the specific service provided.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
